Following your micro-needling treatment, your skin may appear slightly red and feel warm or tight, similar to mild sunburn. This is completely normal and should settle within 24–48 hours.

To allow your skin to heal and achieve the best possible results, avoid touching your face unnecessarily and keep the skin clean and well hydrated. Avoid wearing makeup for at least 48 hours and refrain from strenuous exercise, swimming, saunas, steam rooms, and excessive sweating during this time.

Protect your skin by avoiding direct sun exposure and applying a broad-spectrum (protects against both types of uv radiation)SPF 30 or higher every day. For the first 5–7 days, avoid using active skincare ingredients such as retinol, AHAs, BHAs, vitamin C, or exfoliating products until your skin has fully recovered.

What to expect/Recovery Timeline:

Immediately after treatment
Your skin may appear pink to red and feel warm or tight, similar to mild sunburn. This is a normal response and usually settles within a few hours.

24–48 hours
Redness will gradually begin to fade. Your skin may feel slightly dry or tight as the natural healing process begins.

3–5 days
Any dryness or light flaking should settle, revealing skin that feels smoother, healthier and more refreshed.

5–7 days
Your skin barrier has largely recovered, and your complexion should feel calm, hydrated and naturally radiant.

Over the following 3–6 weeks
As collagen production continues, you'll begin to notice improvements in your skin's texture, firmness and overall natural glow. For the most transformative results, a course of treatments is often recommended
